Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the southern region of Nigeria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Management: Supervise the execution of sales plans, ensure completion of sales tasks, and drive sales performance.
• Market Analysis and Promotion: Conduct market analysis, competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
• Sales Contract Management: Sign, implement, and follow up on sales contracts to ensure smooth execution.
• Sales Data Reporting: Collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and companies to facilitate transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth progress of sales.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English language.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of N600,000 - N800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and career development opportunities.
