Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, events, and traditional media.
    • Oversee the creation of campaign content, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Brand Management:
    • Strengthen our brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and voice across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
    • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all communications and partnerships.
    • Pursue opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify our reach.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and website optimization.
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels.
    • Analyze digital performance metrics to understand customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and improve conversion rates.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor spend against the budget and analyze ROI on marketing initiatives.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on budget performance to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Utilize CRM tools to segment customer data, design targeted campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.
    • Develop loyalty programs, retention strategies, and customer journey mapping to build long-term relationships.
    • Analyze customer feedback and use insights to improve marketing strategies and the overall customer experience.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and support for professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with product, sales, and customer service teams.
    • Drive cross-departmental collaboration to maximize the effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
    • Use analytics tools to gather data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
