Market Agent Liaison

At Kainatochi Investments Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Agent to join our team. As a Market Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online marketplace, RoadAppNG.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with market sellers, introducing them to the benefits of RoadAppNG and facilitating their onboarding process.
• Register new sellers on RoadAppNG, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both buyers and sellers.
• Verify the shops and spare parts of registered sellers, providing onboarding support to help them add their products to the platform.
• Confirm the condition of all orders before packaging for delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Pack and hand over orders to dispatch riders for delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of spare parts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with market sellers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in using software applications and online platforms.

The Market Agent will work on a full-time basis, Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. The ideal candidate will reside close to Zuba or Apo, with a strong understanding of the local market and its dynamics.
