Marketing Role Summary

\

Hiematech Systems is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable outcomes, managing the design and production of promotional materials, and conducting market research to determine target audience needs and wants.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies with measurable outcomes\
  • Manage the design and production of promotional materials such as websites, brochures, and polos\
  • Conduct market research to determine target audience needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns\
  • Submit daily and weekly reports to the managing director\
  • Participate in publicity activities, advertising, and customer interaction through feedback collection\
  • Estimate budgets and ensure return on investment\
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts\
  • Assist with design, negotiations, and billboard placement\
  • Research and analyze data to build brand messaging that drives sales and increases revenue for the company\
  • Develop and submit logistics for marketing on weekends for approval to the manager\

Requirements

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field\
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing\
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts\
  • Excellent communication and project management skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite\
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools\
