We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer with a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content that drives traffic and engages our target audience. This role requires a blend of writing, editing, and SEO skills to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
2. Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
3. Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and inform content creation.
4. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
5. Monitor and analyze web traffic metrics to improve content performance.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content development and SEO.
7. Ensure all content is free of grammatical errors and adheres to the company's style guide.
8. Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Content Developer or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
5. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
6. Ability to conduct thorough research and create compelling, engaging content.
7. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Understanding of social media marketing and how it integrates with content strategy.
