Sako Solar Power is seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the solar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
