**Procurement Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team at IBIC Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on goods and services.
  • Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including tendering, evaluation, and contract management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on procurement procedures and best practices.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform procurement decisions and improve overall efficiency.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices, including contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
