At AceRoyal Estates LTD, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites.

Job Description

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

This includes supervising teams, coordinating activities, and liaising with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Oversight: Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are executed as per project plans and timelines.
  2. Safety Management: Ensure the site is well-organized and maintained, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of materials.
  3. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the workforce on-site, including subcontractors and laborers.
  4. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between contractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in residential or commercial real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
