Strategic Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team at Whip-smart Service Providers Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and PPC.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, ads, and product packaging.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify customer preferences, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including coordinators, designers, and content creators.
The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing teams and campaigns. They should possess strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
