Main Responsibilities

As a Core Network Engineer at Brainshare Technologies and Services Nigeria Limited, you will be responsible for introducing new networking technologies and improving existing ones to add value to our services and capabilities. You will develop solutions that drive the success of our network, coordinate the activities of the Technical Support Team, and provide necessary support to Data Center Engineers.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a reputable higher institution. You must also be certified in relevant network engineering certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE. Additionally, you should have experience with BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, and project management skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of cognate experience and be able to work long hours and meet tight deadlines. You must also be able to work under minimal supervision and be willing to work weekends and in shifts.
