Job Description
AIM CONSULTANTS LTD is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team for building project site supervision services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring design integrity, quality of work, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and design intent.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural expertise to the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders during the construction phase.
• Ensure that the construction work is being executed in line with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve contractor submissions, including shop drawings, materials, and samples, ensuring they meet the project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and design intent.
• Work closely with the project manager, engineers, and contractors to address design and construction challenges, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and final handover documentation.
• Ensure building projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high architectural and design standards.
• Manage any design changes or variations, ensuring they are documented and communicated appropriately.
