Job Description:
As a Luxury Hospitality Leader at IBIC Holdings, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury hospitality brand. Your responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable systems to support growth and expansion.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk management.
- Deliver personalized, world-class hospitality tailored to high-end clientele.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience scaling hospitality operations and driving business growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including managing budgets, P&L, and operational costs.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive high-performance teams.
