Job Description:
We are responsible for collecting outstanding debts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, negotiating payment plans, and resolving account discrepancies.

Responsibilities:
* Contact customers to collect overdue payments
* Negotiate payment plans and resolve account discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information

Requirements:
* Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collection software
