We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Cleanliness Specialist to contribute to our team's success at IBIC Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Guest Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Team Player: Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
