**Job Summary:

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Ensure that all training sessions are well-organized and run smoothly.
  3. Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
  4. Build strong relationships with vendors and participants to facilitate effective communication.
  5. Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training administration or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
