**Job Summary:
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Create and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure that all training sessions are well-organized and run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and participants to facilitate effective communication.
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in training administration or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
