Job Title: Training School Administrator

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS). As a key member of our training function, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in training administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with our trainers and stakeholders to develop and implement effective training programs, including creating training materials, managing logistics, and evaluating program success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs
- Maintain accurate training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets
- Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
- Prepare and disseminate training materials, such as instructional notes and feedback forms
- Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs

Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a training or HR setting
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
