Job Description:
As a Construction Cost Manager at Everyones HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of building projects. This includes preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules to ensure that projects are completed within allocated resources. Your analytical skills will be crucial in conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs. You will also need to prepare tender documents, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports on status and finances.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying.
* Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in the building industry.
* Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
