Building Financial Specialist

The Building Financial Specialist role at Everyones HR is a critical position that requires strong financial management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Your ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions will be essential in achieving project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to manage project costs.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in construction finance or a related field.
* Proficient in the use of financial management software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
