Patfam is a dynamic hotel at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos seeking to enhance its beverage service. We are looking for a skilled and organized Mixologist and Bartender to join our team.

Salary Details

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 60,320 and a 3% service charge from inception.

Job Description

We require a charismatic individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, create innovative cocktails, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a 3-Star hotel
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Skillful in Upselling
  • Energetic and resilient
  • Trustworthy, honest, hardworking, smart, neat, obedient, team player, trainable, and compliant with hospitality ethics
