Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 300,000 Naira per month, inclusive of accommodation, health insurance coverage, feeding one meal per day, and pension plans (optional). A 50% 13th-month salary bonus will also be awarded after a three-month confirmation period.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, ability to manage staff, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily production, recipe engineering, inventory management, quality control, cost control, and menu planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Culinary Science or a related field, proven experience as a Head Chef, and excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also be up-to-date with culinary trends, optimized kitchen processes, and proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must be willing to reside in Lekki Phase 1, Ajah, Ikoji, Obalende, Gbagada, or Victoria Island.
