Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes, leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Oversee the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to various departments and senior management, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage external legal counsel and oversee litigation processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of disputes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks, proactively addressing potential issues and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation and corporate legal practice.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; must be called to the Bar.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
