Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments and senior management.
  • Manage external legal counsel and oversee litigation processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation and corporate legal practice.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; must be called to the Bar.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
