Job Summary
The Technical Customer Support Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide front-line primary business and technical support to clients on various issues and problems relating to business engagement and technical readiness of EBS Products and Services.
- Respond to, document, and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Analyze and report on client engagement activities, feedback, inquiries, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain client records by providing weekly and monthly reports to respective leads as required.
- Promote company products and services through on-spot visits and canvassing of clients and potential clients.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping company information confidential.
- Meet and exceed expected business needs and goals with a professional and knowledgeable approach.
- Maintain organizational culture, values, and reputation in its markets and with all clients, staff, and regulatory/official bodies.

- Diligence in performance at all times.
- Excellent delivery skills.
- Customer-centric approach in contact with customers/clients and others.
- Ability to supervise the activities and performance of others.
