Job Summary

The Technical Customer Support Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.



Main Responsibilities


  • Provide front-line primary business and technical support to clients on various issues and problems relating to business engagement and technical readiness of EBS Products and Services.
  • Respond to, document, and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and report on client engagement activities, feedback, inquiries, and complaint resolution.
  • Maintain client records by providing weekly and monthly reports to respective leads as required.
  • Promote company products and services through on-spot visits and canvassing of clients and potential clients.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping company information confidential.
  • Meet and exceed expected business needs and goals with a professional and knowledgeable approach.
  • Maintain organizational culture, values, and reputation in its markets and with all clients, staff, and regulatory/official bodies.
