Pharmacy Sales Representative

Job Summary

A leading pharmaceutical wholesale distributor seeks a talented sales representative to provide exceptional customer service, process customer transactions, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in finding products
• Manage point-of-sale processes, including picking and invoicing
• Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints
• Elevate complex issues to management as needed
• Foster a positive shopping environment and exceed customer satisfaction expectations

Requirements:

• OND or HND qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and customer relations in retail or pharmacy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
