Job Summary

A Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is seeking a competitive retail sales professional to assist customers in identifying products, process customer lists, and facilitate purchases. Responsibilities include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Providing exceptional customer service, increasing company growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers
Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
Answer customer questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
Elevate customer complaints to management.
Follow company policies and procedures.
