We are seeking an experienced Waitress/Supervisor to join our team at Swift Consulting, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our esteemed client's restaurant in Apapa, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
*Supervise and train waitstaff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service quality and efficiency.
*Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments, optimizing seating arrangements and minimizing wait times.
*Contribute to stock control and inventory management, preventing overstocking and reducing waste.
*Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
*Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, reflecting a deep understanding of industry best practices and principles.
*At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, showcasing expertise in leadership, customer service, and team management.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
*Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
*Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patrons and staff.
