We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations in Ikorodu. This key role will provide strategic financial insights, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries, and conduct in-depth analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain precise records of financial transactions, manage day-to-day accounting processes, and oversee general ledger entries.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor expenditures and revenues.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely tax returns and compliance with applicable tax laws, supporting internal and external audits.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial transactions.
  • Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement efficiency measures, and track expenses to stay within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. Strong technical skills in accounting software (Tally Prime Gold), advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) are essential. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, time management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
