Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at PEM Security Guard Network.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security services, which includes managing daily activities, coordinating with staff, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure timely and effective deployment of services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, activity logs, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support overall company growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.

• Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a security or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
