Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dispatch Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valid motorcycle license, excellent navigation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain and clean the assigned vehicle regularly
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the dispatcher to ensure smooth delivery operations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; 3yrs Experience as a bike courier or delivery driver preferred; Valid motorcycle license; Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns; Ability to navigate using GPS or maps; Physical fitness and stamina for long rides; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Customer service-oriented attitude; Ability to work independently and follow instructions; Professionalism and reliability.
