**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team in Ijora, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Identify reliable suppliers and establish strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and legal) to align procurement with business goals.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
