Role Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the management of our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement strategies, conducting market research, evaluating and selecting suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring procurement costs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for savings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
