Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Manager to lead our team in growing the MRO division of Proforce Limited.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in MRO, capable of implementing lean strategies to maximize profitable growth and drive quality improvements.

About the Role:

  • Lead the overall operation of the MRO division, ensuring it meets daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly expectations.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the MRO division and achieve corporate goals.
  • Establish and maintain customer service through delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, including inventory management, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics.
  • Manage budgets and ensure operations are within budget constraints.
  • Represent operations at the division level and provide leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development.
  • Broaden market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize effective sales and growth methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing, with at least 5 years of experience leading employees.
  • Extensive Automobile Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem-solving resolution skills and a team focus.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management, customers, and employees.
