Responsibilities: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

• Coordinating maintenance activities with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Managing a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Preparing and managing maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Overseeing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for maintenance activities.
• Developing emergency response plans for infrastructure-related incidents.
• Coordinating emergency repairs and mobilizing resources quickly to restore normal operations in case of infrastructure failures.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance certifications.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance, with experience in managing teams, contractors, and maintenance projects. They will also possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
