Senior Technology Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technology Executive to oversee our technology infrastructure and lead the IT team at Prob Digital PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, with proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. They will also oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks, ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
Achieving these responsibilities requires excellent leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- System Management:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage data storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive company data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Technical Support:
- Provide timely resolution of IT issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to achieve department goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
