IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:

Prob Digital PVT LTD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks, ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.

You will work closely with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive company data, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments, and collaborating with other departments to support technology-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• System Management:
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage data storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to achieve department goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
