About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fertility Nurse to join our team at HRD Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our patients, working closely with our medical professionals, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate daily operations of our fertility clinic.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform daily follow-up calls with registered clients and phone-in clients
* Dispense medications with instructions to clients and perform subsequent drug balancing
* Ensure accurate dispensing of drugs to clients
* Schedule appointments for clients and conduct necessary pre-operative preparations
* Conduct scan procedures and provide necessary guidance to clients
* Provide needle pricking demonstrations to clients
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
* Manage donor recruitment and scheduling

Strategic Responsibilities

* Coordinate housekeeping and nursing activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
* Organize monthly IVF and U Forum sessions to educate patients on fertility and reproductive health
* Ensure accurate management of endoscopy instruments and medications

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years' work experience in a care provision and service-related role
* Registered Nurse or Midwife, Obstetrics and Gynaecology qualification
* B.Sc. in Nursing or its equivalent
