Agricultural Mapping Specialist

    We are seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Mapping Specialist to work with our team in designing efficient irrigation systems and mapping farmland for optimal planning and decision-making.

    Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out environmental surveys and providing structural element coordinates.
• Mapping the agricultural landscape for planting.
• Measuring and mapping farmland to provide data for planning and decision-making.
• Designing efficient irrigation systems.
• Delineating boundaries and creating topographical maps.
• Ensuring proper farmland use.
• Determining farm building locations.
• Collaborating with bulldozer operators to establish trailing boundaries.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Collaborating with engineers and architects on several projects.

    Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in surveying, engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a surveyor or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of GPS and GIS.
• Thorough understanding of technical report writing and computer-assisted surveying applications.
• Aptitude in math and problem-solving.
