Hospitality Professional

The Bible Society of Nigeria seeks a skilled Hospitality Professional to join its team. This role requires a National Diploma in Social Sciences or Hotel and Catering Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience from reputable hotels or guest houses.

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their privacy and promptly addressing any complaints or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing reservations, checking in and out guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

In addition to providing top-notch customer service, we require a strong communicator who can work effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals. The successful candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, be able to handle and solve customer problems promptly, and be computer literate.
