Job Description
The Corporate Affairs Personnel at GOLDEN GUINEA BREWERIES PLS is responsible for managing the internal and external communications of the organization, ensuring alignment with its brand image, corporate goals, and policies. This involves liaising with stakeholders, media, and the public while maintaining a positive organizational reputation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the organization's public image
- Act as the organization's primary point of contact with media outlets, responding to inquiries and issuing press releases
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, and interviews to promote the company's achievements and initiatives
- Draft and edit content for various communications channels, including newsletters, speeches, and corporate reports
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, community groups, and business associations
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate regulations and laws, managing company registrations and filings with appropriate bodies
- Maintain and update corporate governance documents, policies, and procedures
- Plan and manage corporate events, seminars, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility
- Represent the organization at external functions, trade fairs, and industry events
