We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Communications Specialist to lead our organizational reputation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong media relationships, planning and executing effective PR and communication campaigns, managing sensitive communications during crises, and developing strategies to engage employees on company updates and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive media relations to promote the company's reputation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage crisis communications to protect the company's reputation and interests.
- Create engaging content to inform and educate employees on company news and initiatives.
