About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic finance professional to join our dynamic team at Xpedient Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within large, complex hospitality operations.

This role requires a results-driven professional who can oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring sound financial planning, effective risk management, and compliance with international financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and global hospitality industry standards.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic goals.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for business growth, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and management reports.
    • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
    • C coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring financial controls are effective and audit findings are addressed promptly.
  • Cost Control & Revenue Management
    • Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profit margins across different departments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement cost-control measures and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
    • Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and improve occupancy rates.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management
    • Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs while maximizing investment opportunities.
    • Oversee treasury functions, including banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and debt financing.
    • Monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX) and ensure projects are within budget and deliver expected returns on investment.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
    • Provide training and guidance to department heads on financial best practices, budgeting, and cost management.
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships with operations, sales, marketing, and HR teams to support business objectives.
