Job Summary

PROFORCE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audits and providing assurance on the effectiveness of our controls and processes.

Main Accountabilities:
- Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Preparing and presenting reports on audit findings and recommendations
- Providing independent advice to management to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Identifying risks and recommending measures to mitigate them
- Maintaining open communication with management and the audit committee

Requirements:
- A strong background in internal auditing and a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CISA, CIA)
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
