Job Summary
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) technicians play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of indoor environments. As an HVAC technician at PROFORCE LIMITED, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, as well as providing technical guidance and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
* Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
* Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
* Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
* Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
* Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
* Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements

Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree/HND in a relevant course field
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
* Valid Driver's license
* Proven experience as HVAC Technician
* An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
* A good team player
* Problem Solving/Analysis
* Strategic thinking and strong execution skills
* Customer satisfaction and safety oriented
* Safety and comfort
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
