  • Determining and selecting material abrasive production requirements and complying with grinding and polishing standards.
  • Completing the finishing process as required by production.
  • Removing scratches, filling voids, applying new finishes, etc.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Technical Certification required.
  • 6-9 years of experience in fiberglass and/or gel-coat applications.
  • Must follow all safety standards and procedures, including chemical handling standards and Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Must adhere to all quality standards and evolve with new processes.
