Job Summary

The Surface Coating Technician is responsible for applying high-quality coatings to vehicles to meet the exacting standards of our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Surface preparation and cleaning of vehicles before coating.
  2. Mixing and application of coatings to achieve a flawless finish.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with coating applications.
  4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., automotive technology, painting and decorating).
  • At least 2 years of experience in surface coating or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions

The Surface Coating Technician works in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent exposure to chemicals and loud machinery. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting heavy equipment, and working at heights.
