Job Overview

We are seeking a punctual and organized driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good time management skills and be able to work effectively on nights and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Transportation Services: Safely transport clients from airports to hotels and vice versa, utilizing optimal routes to minimize travel time.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to ensure vehicles are always ready for use, including fuel level and necessary repairs.
  • Pickup and Delivery: Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner, as well as pick up office purchases and other administrative needs.
  • Navigational Skills: Utilize GPS devices to find the most efficient routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain an organized travel schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use, arranging for repairs when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
  • Knowledge of Operating Area: Have extensive knowledge of the operating area, including local roads and highways.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Verbal Communication: Possess good verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • GPS Proficiency: Be proficient in using GPS devices to navigate optimal routes.
