Telecommunications Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects within our telecommunications network.
This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure successful project execution. Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage team performance to meet project goals.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are in line with the approved budget. Track costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications e.g., PMP is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry or a related field.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
