Job Description

The Data/AI Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, developing AI models, deploying solutions on cloud platforms, and ensuring that systems are scalable and secure. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Implement data storage solutions, including data lakes and warehouses, to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to enable analytics and machine learning applications.
• Optimize database queries, storage structures, and data retrieval processes for performance and scalability.

AI/ML Model Development

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to address business challenges, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Train, test, and fine-tune machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate algorithms and prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Cloud and Infrastructure

• Deploy and manage AI/ML models and data pipelines on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of deployed systems.
• Leverage containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes to streamline deployment and orchestration of AI/ML applications.

Analytics and Insights

• Enable data-driven decision-making by building tools and frameworks for analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.

Security and Compliance

• Implement data governance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Secure AI/ML models and data pipelines against potential vulnerabilities and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML model development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying data pipelines and AI models.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
