About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Therapist Assistant to join our team at FriendnPal. As a Therapist Volunteer, you will play a critical role in providing mental health support and counseling services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities
Counseling Sessions: Facilitate individual or group counseling sessions with clients, addressing their mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and interpersonal issues.
Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Support and Empowerment: Provide emotional support, guidance, and empowerment to clients, helping them navigate life challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Licensure or certification as a therapist
Experience in providing counseling or therapy services, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care.
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of clients.
Willingness to volunteer time and expertise to support individuals in need.
