Job Summary
The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This involves managing office fixtures, coordinating maintenance schedules, and supervising the work of support staff.

Key Responsibilities
The following are some of the key responsibilities of the Admin Supervisor role:
  • Ensure that all office fixtures, including furniture, equipment, and facilities, are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules for generators, vehicles, and other equipment.
  • Supervise the work of Office Assistants (Cleaners) and assign tasks as needed.
  • Manage Stationery supplies across all business units.
  • Promptly address electrical faults and other issues that may arise.
  • Ensure good lighting and ventilation in all working environments.
  • Oversee the payment of utilities, telephone, and regulatory bills and dues.
  • Ensure all vehicle documents are renewed as required.
  • Coordinate Fire Drill Exercises on a monthly basis across all business units.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
